Our brewery customers use the Optima Steamer to sanitize and swell barrels and foedors simultaneously as well as to clean tanks and general surfaces. Our specialized barrel tool delivers dry steam's high temperatures in minutes inside the barrel's wood where microorganisms hibernate and grow using less than 1/4~1/2 gallon of water per barrel. Unlike wet plant steam, Optima's dry steam can penetrate through wooden staves' pores in record time.
