Unless you’ve spent the last year as Rip Van Winkle—in which case, lucky you—you’re aware of constrictions in the aluminum-can supply chain. The shortages have been so significant that they’re forcing even some larger breweries such as Left Hand, Odell, and Bell’s to do what has become nearly unheard of: bottle more beers that would have otherwise been canned.
