Back in August—three days before Wild Heaven Brewing in Atlanta released the third beer in its Next Big Thing series—the Hop Breeding Company announced that HBC 692, the experimental variety used to make that beer called #692, would be called Talus.

Will Talus turn out to be the Next Big Thing?
